Why We Built This Simulator

The live ARDICTECH solution is incredibly powerful, handling massive streams of industrial data, orchestrating IIoT devices, and providing deep AI-driven analytics. However, due to its comprehensive nature, it can be a complex system for users to grasp initially.

It was difficult for people to understand the full scope of what we were talking about without seeing a factory in action. We built this Virtual Factory so users can understand, taste, and feel the actual product.

By interacting with a simulated ceramic tile production line, users can experience real-time data flows, trigger anomalies, and see how the ARDICTECH ecosystem responds—bridging the gap between abstract software architecture and tangible industrial benefits.

What We Accomplished

  • End-to-End Visibility: A complete 3D digital twin of a production line.
  • Real-time AI Integration: The CWF Assistant actively monitors and analyzes the simulated data.
  • Interactive Scenarios: Users can inject faults (e.g., motor vibrations) and watch the system's predictive maintenance in action.
